So What Is The Turbulence Training Program?
The Turbulence Training workout is split into 2 components – 25 minutes of resistance training followed by 20 minutes of interval training.
The resistance training uses compound exercises (like push ups, squats, presses, rows…etc) as these exercises makes use of the larger muscle groups in the body which causes your body to work harder more efficiently.
The exercises are done “superset” style, which means that you pair 2 exercises and do them one after another without rest in between. That is considered 1 superset. Once completed, you rest for a minute and repeat the superset again (told you it was intense!).
Once you complete the resistance training, you jump straight into the cardio interval training workout for another 20 minutes.
